HypnoMothering is a 2.5 hour class for mums to be, new mothers and mothers of young children. This practical class teaches mothers easy and fast self-hypnosis/relaxation techniques to make the most of limited sleep, keep calm and balanced on challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the myriad of feelings that mothers face. It is a lovely session that will give you the opportunity to have some much needed ‘me time’ and meet with other mothers in the same stage of life.
